Jordi Feliu is a craft-jeweller professionally trained at “Escola Massana”, “Escola Llotja” and “Facultat de Belles Arts i Geologia” Universitat de Barcelona.
He has had his own workshop in Mataró since 1987, where he works for the general public. There the pieces of jewellery are selected, designed and personalized for each particular order.
Jordi Feliu creates the jewels specially for the person who is going to wear them. Thus the design and the jewel itself go further than just the material value to become deeply linked with emotions and symbols.
To achieve this aim, he likes playing with the endless possibilities of diamonds, pearls (Australian, Tahitian…) and colourful gems, such as, opals, rubies, sapphires, emeralds, tourmalines, topazes, …
Gold is the most usual material, in its full range of colours: yellow, white, pink,…; and also silver, sometimes together with copper.
He likes the combination of different styles, shapes and textures, but using always the best materials to secure a masterly finish.
